Booking And deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied to the total service cost.

Medical Conditions

To ensure the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you inform us of any hair allergies or medical conditions that could impact your hair appointment. This includes but is not limited to allergies to specific hair products, sensitivities to adhesives or chemicals used in extensions, and any conditions that might affect your natural hair or hair extension retention.

Refunds and Adjustments

* No refunds on hair extensions or services due to the nature of the product.
Late Arrivals

Cancellation Policy

* Cancellations must be made 24 hrs in advance to avoid fees.
* Same-day cancellations: 50 % of the service cost.
* No-shows: 100% of the service cost will be charged.

Late Arrivals

* Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling and cancellation fees.

* Clients must follow proper aftercare guidelines to maintain hair extension quality and durability. Misuse or neglect voids any guarantees.
